Prof. Avv. Oreste Pollicino has been conferred the Legal Studies Award by Università Commerciale L. Bocconi for his monograph “Judicial Protection of Fundamental Rights on the Internet. A Road Towards Digital Constitutionalism?”, published by Hart Publishing.

The purpose of the award is to give visibility and recognition to individual research products having characteristics of absolute and recognized excellence.
