Comparative comparative law is the theme of this year’s Annual Meeting of the American Society of Comparative Law, the leading organization in the United States promoting the study of comparative law.

Professor Oreste Pollicino will join several eminent speakers to discuss the global perspectives on digital governance, in a panel chaired by Professor Francesca Bignami, George Washington University Law School.

The conference is dedicated to exploring those multiple forms of comparative law that appear as neutral techniques across various sites of contestation and will be held from 26 October to October 28 at the Florida International University College of Law in Miami.
