Professor Oreste Pollicino will present his book “Judicial Protection of Fundamental Rights on the Internet” (Bloomsbury Publishing, 2021) at the European Court of Human Rights on May 30, 2022.

The event will take place as part of the ECtHR’s ‘Group on Public International Law,’ founded in 2016, which, among other things, is concerned with the dissemination of valuable insights into the development of international human rights law.

Before him, the following prominent scholars have already had the honor of presenting their works: Hélène Ruiz Fabri, Anne Peters, Yves Daudet, Philip Alston, Gerard Neuman, Horatia Muir Watt, Marcelo Cohen, Christine Chanet, Jan Klabers and Joseph Weiler.
