Professor Oreste Pollicino will join the event “TUSMAR: l’evoluzione normativa rischi e opportunità”. During the presentation of the volume “Testo Unico dei Servizi di Media Audiovisivi e Radiofonici commentato e annotato per articolo. Con la Direttiva n. 2018/1808-SMAV”, the speakers, important representatives of the business world and the institutions, will discuss the risks and the opportunities linked to the transposition of the SMAV Directive and to the evolution of the legislative framework. Professor Oreste Pollicino will partecipate in the second part of the event, dedicated to the institutions’ point of view and chaired by Bruno Nascimbene, Professor Emeritus of Diritto dell’Unione europea at Università degli Studi di Milano.
