On 5 May, Prof. Avv. Oreste Pollicino will present on “Fake News” during the training days on “Freedom of Speech in the Digital Era” for judges and staff of the European Court of Human Rights.
The event will take place at the “Hamburg Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection”, in Hamburg, and it has been organized within the “EJTN” project.

The training sessions will consist of addressing issues ranging from freedom of expression on matters related to the judiciary to the freedom of expression of members of the judiciary, and in general freedom of expression in the digital era.
