Prof. Avv. Oreste Pollicino has been invited to speak at an informal hearing at the Senate of the Italian Republic, as part of the work of the European Union Policies Committee.

The Professor will be heard on the proposal for Regulation 457/2022, the Common Framework for Media Services in the Internal Market, also known as the European Media Freedom Act, whose compliance with the principles of subsidiarity and proportionality will be examined.
