The National University of Public Service will held an important event regarding the role of Internet platforms. Professor Pollicino will join the event with a speech entitled “Digital Constitutionalism in action: which is the future of Rule of Law in the digital age?”. Jack Balkin, Knight Professor of Constitutional Law at the Yale Law School and Lawrence Lessig, Roy L. Furman Professor of Law at the Harvard Law School will also take part in the discussion. Jack Balkin will present a speech entitled “Speech Platforms – keynote”, while Professor Lessig will close the event with his speech “How platforms change democracies – for the worse”.
