Prof. Avv. Oreste Pollicino will participate in the Workshop “Fairness in Artificial Intelligence,” organized by Prof. Luca Trevisan of Bocconi University.

The professor will open the day’s session and deliver a presentation entitled “Algorithmic bias and legal perspectives. The constellation of rights taken seriously” in which he will examine the main challenges and reactions of the legal world to automated decisions and their biases.
